I also thought I would be okay going back to work -we'll have to wait and see about that one... Anyway, Callie is almost back to birth weight (if nursing was an Olympic sport, she would take gold), seriously, the girl is a chow hound. Natalie's water broke at 10:45 on Saturday night (right after we finished a game of Settlers at the Priola's-Amanda Caldwell won by sneak attack) and we made it to the hospital 11:30. Natalie was losing a lot of blood (she had a placenta abruption) and baby had a strong heartbeat but was not making any movements.
Baby is doing great and Mom is doing very well (she is such a trooper). Callie allowed us to sleep pretty well last night so we are both in...
Nat and I had a pretty low key Halloween (guess who Nat is dressed up as). We just hung around the house and watched a movie while we handed out candy.
